These terms apply to every project QuantumStack Technologies agrees to build for you — websites, mobile apps, custom business systems, company profiles, branding assets and any related support. By approving a quote, paying the deposit or using our deliverables, you accept these terms in full.
Every project begins with a written quote or proposal. Work officially kicks off when you confirm the quote and pay the 60% deposit. Until then, dates are tentative and no source files, designs or code are released.
We ask for a 60% deposit to commence work. The remaining 40% is due on completion and before the final product goes live. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Late payments may delay delivery, launch or handover.
Timelines are estimates based on the information you provide at kickoff. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, third-party approvals or scope changes will push the delivery date accordingly. We will always communicate revised dates as soon as possible.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. Extra revisions or new features outside the original scope are billed separately. We do not charge for fixing our own mistakes — only for changes you request beyond the agreed scope.
You guarantee that all text, images, logos and data you give us belong to you or that you have permission to use them. We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the project.
Once the final invoice is cleared, you own the final deliverables designed or built specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code and design patterns. Stock assets, fonts and plugins remain subject to their original licenses.
Where your package includes a free domain or hosting for one year, renewal fees apply after that period. We are not liable for outages, policy changes or price increases caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, payment gateways or government bodies.
We warrant that our work will function as described in the approved proposal for 30 days after launch. Bugs reported during this window are fixed at no extra cost. Support beyond 30 days, training, content updates and new features are available under a separate maintenance agreement.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss or business interruption beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, the deposit covers work completed up to that point and is non-refundable. We will hand over any completed, paid-for assets in a reasonable format.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, either party may pursue the matter through the Kenyan courts.
